Delete your account

1. Open Furryfur Partners and sign in.
2. Open Profile.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Choose a reason, confirm that you understand the deletion is permanent, then confirm deletion.

This is the fastest method and does not require a separate support request.

Email [email protected] from the email address registered to the account. Use the subject “Furryfur Partners account deletion request” and state that you want the account permanently deleted. We may ask for limited information needed to verify account ownership. Never send a password or verification code.

Account deletion removes the partner profile, pet and pet parent records, visit records, uploaded photos, videos and audio, analysis and reports, feedback and attachments, and notification tokens linked to that account. An analysis already in progress may need to finish or stop before deletion can complete.

Furryfur may keep the selected deletion reason without a link to the deleted account. Limited records may also be retained when required by law, for security, or to resolve a dispute. Data kept for those reasons is not used to continue the deleted account.

Deletion cannot be undone. Save any reports or business records you need before deleting the account. Removing the app from a device does not delete the account.
