You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the relevant partner business. You are responsible for accurate registration information, access to your email account, and activity under your Furryfur Partners account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

Before entering pet parent contact details or uploading pet photos, videos, or audio, you must have any consent or other legal right required to do so. You must explain your own privacy practices to pet parents when you collect their information. Do not upload content that is unlawful, unsafe, deceptive, or unrelated to legitimate pet services.

Furryfur uses automated systems to interpret visible and audible behavior signals. Results may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Reports are informational and are not veterinary diagnoses, medical advice, emergency monitoring, or a substitute for a veterinarian or qualified behavior professional. Seek professional help for sudden, severe, or lasting changes.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Furryfur a limited right to host, copy, process, analyze, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service or comply with law. You remain responsible for your content and for maintaining any separate records your business requires.

You must not:

• Access another person's account or submit information without authority.
• Use the app to harm, harass, mislead, surveil, or discriminate against a person or animal.
• Probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass app security or usage controls except where the law expressly permits it.
• Use reports as a sole basis for emergency, medical, employment, insurance, or legal decisions.

The Partners app is currently free. We may change features, limits, or availability and will provide reasonable notice before introducing charges for existing users. We may suspend access when reasonably needed to protect the service, comply with law, investigate misuse, or address risk to users or animals.

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent allowed by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every analysis will be accurate. To the extent permitted by law, Furryfur is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. Sections that must logically continue, including ownership, disclaimers, and legal obligations, survive account deletion.
